Where do you ship?

ARC Peptides currently ships to customers within the United States. All orders are processed and dispatched from our U.S. fulfillment facility to ensure fast, reliable delivery.

We are working toward expanding our shipping capabilities in the future. If you are located outside the United States and are interested in placing an order, please contact our support team at support@arcpeptides.com for assistance.

All shipments include tracking information once dispatched so you can monitor your order every step of the way.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your sales receipt is sent automatically to the email address used at checkout once your order has been placed. The order confirmation email serves as your official receipt and includes your order number, item details, and payment summary.

If you created an account at checkout, you can also log in to your ARC Peptides customer account and view your order history and receipts at any time.

How can I return an item?

Due to our strict quality-control standards and the sensitive nature of our products, ARC Peptides does not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items, please contact our support team and we will make it right.

Order cancellations must be requested by email before the order has shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
